BODYPUMP® - Come and test yourself with one of the most popular group fitness workouts in the world! By using barbells and free weight-plates, all major muscle groups are worked during 60 minutes. Workout consists of efficient strength exercises such as squats, lunges, press-ups, etc. and does not include step combinations. BodyPump – maximum results with minimal time. Stretching 30 - half an hour stretching training, suitable for everybody.

KST - Abs, Thighs and Back workout for lower body and core. This training suits for everybody. Trainer uses every training different exercises and equipment, to work with different big and small muscles. This training is 45 minutes long.

BARRE™ - is a 30-minute modern version of classic ballet training that improves your posture while strengthening and toning your muscles. BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength training, using exercises with small range, but many repetitions. Light additional weights are used in some exercises.

BODYBALANCE™ - Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Circuit training - is intensive training for everybody. This training takes place in gym or in studio, the exercises will be done in circle and everyone can do different exercises in own tempo, depends on the level of client. This is an excellent alternative for other group trainings or gym. Suitable for everybody!

BODYATTACK™ - is a commercial group-fitness aerobics program including some sports-derived movements, aimed primarily at developing cardiovascular fitness. The program is created and distributed by Les Mills International, with music and movements varied every few months.

bodyART® - aims to create harmony between body and mind. It is a training method using exercise from yoga, kinesiotherapy, stretching and Pilates combined with breathing techniques and relaxation. Comparing to yoga or Pilates, BodyART® has more flow and dynamism in the exercise routine. BodyART® workout blend incorporates the 3-in-1 approach with strength, cardio and flexibility training. This will be a great lesson if you want to relax, reduce stress, relieve back pain, burn fat, build up muscles and become more flexible. We exercise with soft music but not up to the rhythm. At the end of the course there is always a gentle stretching and a short relaxation.

BODYCOMBAT™ - Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Bikini Body - to get ideal body, you need to train in gym. Depends on certain body type, clients need to do hard weight training to form upper and lower body muscles. This training starts with warm-up and ends with stretches. Main part of training is done on machines and weights in gym.

ButtLift - is lower body training to lift and strengthen buttox muscles and legs.

Pilates - is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Joe preferred fewer, more precise movements, requiring control and technique over increased repetition. He believed that mental and physical health were essential to one another, creating what is a method of total body conditioning. Pilates uses correct alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement (the Pilates principles) to establish a perfect working body from the inside out. Pilates classes build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles.

Zumba® - involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

BodyFlow - a training system that harmoniously combines strength exercises and stretches, stabilising and balancing the body. All muscles work in this convenient regime, flexing and relaxing alternately. Breathing exercises at the end of the training make your body and mind feel good and light.

Bosu - a group training with a special tool that resembles a half-filled inflatable ball. The training session involves walking, running, and jumping exercises on the Bosu tool, as well as exercises for balance and your muscles. Here, you can train all the bigger muscle groups, the body muscles in particular.

LesMills TONE - maintains the original 3 in 1 training style - a mix of cardio, resistance and core while playing with different training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workouts.
If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training - this is it! The length of the training is 45 minutes.

BodyJam - a dance session created by Les Mills, which is practiced for three months. Two choreographies are taught during this period. The styles are different and the music is modern. This session is suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers.

Stretching - an hour full of stretching: one position is held for 2–3 minutes, during which the participants can relax.

Yogaflow - is a yoga training with flow from one 'asana' to another. It is stretchy and challenges every person no matter how trained they are. It is suitable for all!

BODYATTACK™ 30 min + CORE 30 min - Bodyattack is an aerobic training inspired from sports, which puts your strength and stamina to the test. It is a highly intense interval training, where music encourages each participant from the beginning of the training to the end. In the second half of the training, we will focus on the core muscles with simple and effective exercises.

Dance - a dance lesson during which steps from different dance styles are practised with a trainer, and by the end of the training session, the participants will be able to perform a short dance. The training session is emotional and does not require prior dance experience. The session ends with stretching exercises.

Gym 101 - intended for those who visit the gym for the first time. Our trainer will suggest exercises based on your wishes and introduces the machines. This is not a personal training, but an introduction to the gym, where you can try different machines and learn how to set them up. In addition, you can ask the trainer to examine your technique and, if necessary, improve it. Sign up and ask for help!

FitBall - a training with a large ball that helps to improve your balance and core muscles. The training is suitable for everyone.

ButtLift + CORE - a 75-minute training that focuses on core muscles and on trimming the buttocks and thighs.

TRX - the three letters TRX stand for ‘Total (Body) Resistance Exercises’. TRX is a perfect and useful full-body training, which is suitable for everyone and provides almost endless possibilities! More than 300 different exercises ensure an efficient training that improves flexibility and takes care of your joints. It strengthens your whole body and helps to prevent injuries.
