Group trainings at the Tallink Tennis Centre offer a variety of training options suitable for beginners as well as experienced exercisers. Under the guidance of experienced trainers, you can improve your stamina, strength and flexibility by participating in a variety of group workouts designed to boost your health and fitness. In our friendly and motivating environment, you’ll always find the energy and inspiration you need to achieve your training goals.

NB! The saunas on the first floor are open during the centre’s opening hours.
The saunas on the second floor are open on weekdays from 16:00 until closing and on weekends from 9:00 until 21:00.

Training

🟩 Strength 🟦 Body / Mind 🟥 Cardio

BODYPUMP™ is a muscular resistance training workout with music, using kettlebells and discs.
The weights of the kettlebell can be selected according to your preference and training level.
During a BODYPUMP® class, you will perform the most common basic exercises such as squats, lunges, chest push-ups and deadlifts.
All the major muscle groups are worked through in series, while increasing tone and endurance and speeding up metabolism.
The workout is perfect for beginners and advanced exercisers.

Total Body Pump – A NEW TREATMENT that alternates cardio and muscle training with exercises and focuses more on large muscles (legs, back, core, chest, shoulders) and keeps the pace up.
The trainer also uses equipment such as step benches, dumbbells, weights, chains, etc. to help with the workout.

Ring training is an intense and effective workout for both beginners and advanced exercisers that takes place either in the gym or in a group training room.
Different exercises are performed in a circuit, moving from one exercise to the next.
The exercises are performed at your own pace and you can choose the right weight for you.
It is advisable to do a warm-up on a cardio machine of your choice before starting.
Ring training is a great alternative to a classic gym or group workout!

Abs 30 is a half-hour workout for the core muscles, ideal to do after another workout or vice versa, to warm up the body before starting a workout.
In addition, the workout includes numerous stretches, depending on the objective, whether they are needed for relaxation or warm-up.

Bikini body class trains both upper and lower body muscles in the gym to achieve the perfect sandbox shape.
The workout starts with a warm-up, followed by a self-paced muscle workout and finished with light stretches for the trained muscles.

The LesMills TONE is a three-in-one workout, incorporating cardio, muscle resistance and core training.
This workout will make you strong and beautiful, everyone will get the best results for themselves.

TRX is an abbreviation for “Total (Body) Resistance Exercises”.
TRX is the perfect and beneficial whole body workout that is suitable for everyone and offers endless possibilities.
With more than 300 different exercises, it’s an effective workout that improves flexibility and takes care of joint stiffness.
It strengthens the whole body and organism and helps prevent injuries.

TRX stretch – is a stretching workout with a special tool.

KST – is a “stomach, back and buttocks” workout that loads the large muscles mentioned above for an hour.
The trainer uses a variety of tools in the class to get the muscles to work harder.
Suitable for beginners as well as advanced.

Morning gymnastics is a light, moving workout for people of all ages.

BodyART is a functional mind-body workout with exercises influenced by yoga, physiotherapy, various oriental martial arts and traditional strength training.
BodyART helps to simultaneously increase muscular strength and endurance, as well as to release your senses and inner power.
There is no complex choreography or step combinations.
In this workout, the person is a functional unit where exercises that simultaneously train the whole body are combined with classical breathing techniques into a coherent whole.
BodyART is based on the principles of yin and yang, or opposites, which are expressed in the form of inhalation and exhalation, tension and relaxation.
The workout is done barefoot or in socks.

Pilates is a system of exercise named after its creator, Joseph H. Pilates.
The main aim of the Pilates system is to strengthen the core muscles, stabilise the spine and achieve physical and mental balance.
Pilates exercise challenges the body in new and exciting ways and paves the way for maximum performance.

Yogaflow is a moving yoga workout where you move smoothly from one asana to another.
The workout stretches and also provides a physical challenge for all participants, regardless of fitness level.
Suitable for everyone.

Zumba® is a class using movements inspired by different Latin dances.
It cleverly combines cardio and muscle resistance training so that you pass the time enjoying the music, the dancing and the movement without realising that you are actually working out.
Up to 700 kcal can be burned in one workout.
Zumba is easy and you don’t need any special dancing skills.
Zumba is suitable for women and men of all ages and weights.

BodyJam is a dance workout created by LesMills, which is practiced for 3 months.
The workout specifically teaches 2 different choreographies.
The styles are different and the music is contemporary.
This workout is suitable for beginners as well as for “old fish”.
Stretching – is a long stretching session, where you hold one position for 2-3 minutes and relax while stretching.

StepBody – is a mobile coordination workout that provides the ideal fat-burning workout.
The class includes a variety of step combinations and a workout for the core muscles.
As well as being good for the muscles, it’s a good workout for the brain.
